Ann Arbor City fee
Ann Arbor: city fees and paid options Large items like furniture, mattresses and appliances won't be picked up if left at the curb. The City says to check the Drop-Off Station or recovery yard to see if they're accepted there.[1] The Drop-Off Station, operated by Recycle Ann Arbor, is at 2950 East Ellsworth Rd. Check Recycle Ann Arbor's Drop-Off Station page for days and hours.[2] Ann Arbor residents can apply online for a pass that waives the $3 gate entry fee. Fees still apply for disposal of large items.[2] Detroit Pickup
Curbside bulk Generally every other week on your scheduled day; out by 7 a.m.[3] Grand Rapids City fee

A mattress and box spring together need only one sticker.[4] Buy stickers online, at the Customer Service storefront, or at select supermarkets and neighborhood stores. Items are generally collected within one week of purchase.[4] The maximum size of any one item is 6 x 5 feet. TVs are not collected curbside.[4] Sterling Heights City fee
Sterling Heights: city fees and paid options Bulk items, including mattresses, are picked up on the same day as regular collection without an additional cost.[5] A mattress must be in a mattress bag if it is soiled or has any bug infestation.[5] There is a five-item limit for bulk pickup each week.[5] For larger cleanouts, a special pickup from Priority Waste costs $137.50 to $275, depending on size. Call 586-228-1200.[5] Warren City fee
Warren: city fees and paid options Items too large for your containers, such as mattresses, should be set neatly next to the rubbish containers.[6] Mattresses with bed bugs must be wrapped and contained in plastic.[6] The City's 311 answer says mattresses go at the curb with your garbage and a separate truck picks them up later that day.[7] Set out by 6 a.m. on collection day, or no earlier than 6 p.m. the evening before.[6]
